EIMS is a Management Information System designed to manage information about an education system. An EMIS is a repository for data collection, processing, analyzing and reporting of educational information including schools, students, teachers and staff.
Student’s details are captured with their photographs along with their parents / guardian details. Details like contact number, blood group, Neet percentage, Bank, Mess and Hostel.
Student’s attendance are captured during their entry and exit and also every class hours during the lectures in a unique method. SMS and email can be sent to the parents
Student's performance can be entered in the software their promotions are maintained. Marks can be share to parents
Students Fees / Billing can be maintained based on their quota. Pending fees details student wise collections, fine / penalty and additional fees collections are monitored.
Students building / block / room along with single or sharing are captured with room numbers. Reports are available for no. of empty rooms. Mess also incorporated with veg or mixed food.
Master Details maintain the details of Author, Publisher, Book and Configuration. Journals can be maintained.
Issues: Books can be issued to students from main library, there is a provision for department library.
Returns:Books are returned to the corresponding location from where the books are taken. There will be fine if the books were not returned on time.
